Research focus
My focus is running the day-to-day administration of the Farooqi team, as well as assisting with coordination of our research and clinical trials.
Background and experience
Before moving to the UK, I worked at the University of Sydney School of Languages and Cultures. I previously worked for Educational and Student Policy at the University of Cambridge. I initially started working with the Farooqi team as a temporary administrator, and then moved into a permanent position.
Working at the IMS-MRL
I oversee the day-to-day administration of the Farooqi team. This includes working with Professor Farooqi as a personal assistant, communication with colleagues outside of the University, liaising with patients, and other associated administrative tasks. I support the team by assisting with financial administration, and HR matters.
