I previously worked in the Clinical School HR team before moving into the department.
I am currently studying my CIPD qualification.
Working at the IMS-MRL
I oversee the day-to-day HR processes from full employee life cycle to employee relations case work. My focus is building relationships within the team and supporting/empowering managers to carry out HR processes confidently.
