My research focuses on the role of Artificial Intelligence in medical settings, with a particular emphasis on understanding patient perspectives. I examine how AI-driven tools influence trust, decision-making, and emotional dynamics in healthcare interactions. Beyond the medical context, my work investigates organisational behaviour and culture in in the context of technology integration, examining how perceptions of AI shape individuals’ attitudes and behaviours within organisations, as well as the impact of emotional expression in virtual communication.
