Instrumentation
The laboratory uses a Thermo Orbitrap Q-Exactive Plus system with both nanoflow and normal flow rate LC separations for characterisation of peptides and proteins in biological matrices.
Bioinformatics analyses are performed using PEAKS, capable of performing normal proteomics experiments, and identifying endogenous peptides of up to 65 amino acids in length.
