Sophie Buller, Blouet group
I would like to nominate Sophie for Employee of the Month because she is the epitome of a hard worker. She manages a hectic schedule and workload while still supporting others in her team, keeping a positive attitude, and aiding others when needed. Sophie is easy to work with as a super organised individual. Her kindness makes it easy to maintain a great working relationship, as well as open up about non-work related matters.
She makes the IMS a great place to work as despite achieving great things herself, Sophie shows appreciation to all, however small a role they may play.

The Professional Services Team
I would like to nominate the whole of the Professional Services Team as they have all been so supportive as I’ve gone through a steep learning curve this year. We have been under resourced in this period of change, but they have stepped up and supported the department in all areas. Next year will bring new roles and ways of working on board and a chance to build on this year’s hard work. Thank you all.
